Job Description:

As a Baker you will play a crucial role in our bakery's daily operations. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of baked goods, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and contributing to the creation of an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

1. Baking: Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and techniques.
2. Quality Control: Ensure the consistency and quality of all baked goods, including appearance, taste, and texture. Report any product discrepancies or issues to the head baker or manager.
3. Inventory Management: Assist in managing ingredient and supply inventory levels. Notify the appropriate personnel when restocking is necessary.
4. Food Safety: Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, including cleanliness, proper storage, and temperature control to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean baking equipment and utensils, report any malfunctions, and participate in routine equipment maintenance as needed.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members, including other bakers and pastry chefs, to ensure efficient production and a harmonious work environment.
7. Creativity: Contribute to the development of new recipes and the improvement of existing ones, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our bakery.
