Sales Executive (Export)

1. Develop and implement short and long term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales target for assigned businesses/territories.
2. Monitor progress of sales activities and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
3. Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements and identifying market trends.
4. Provide continuous improvement feedback to Immediate Superior on the current sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
5. Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities.
7. Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities where necessary.
8. Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years working experience in sales & marketing (manufacturing) with exposure in Export sales is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and passionate in customer management.
