Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Job Description

• To carry out Health Supplement Product Registration, Traditional Product Registration, Cosmetic Product Notification and Trademark Registration as well as other related application.
• To prepare and compile required documents for Health Supplement Product Registration, Traditional Product Registration, Cosmetic Product Notification and Trademark Registration as well as other related application.
• To review product promotional materials, labeling, batch records, specification sheets, or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• To submit applications online or submit applications to relevant regulatory authorities.
• To follow through with subsequent correspondence until approval.
• To assist in preparing the relevant departmental processes in standard operating procedures, work instructions.
• To keep updated on current regulatory requirements (local and international) as and when it is made available by the regulatory authorities.
• To assist superior to participate in all projects undertaken by the team intra and inter-departmental where required.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Medical Science, Nutritional Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology and equivalent.
• Preferably with relevant knowledge in product registration
• Preferably candidate proficient in Chinese, English and BM
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office - MS WORD, EXCEL & POWER POINT
• Preferably with NPRA Quest 3+ and regulatory system software
• Have positive learning attitude, independent, meticulous, detailed-oriented, responsible, able to multitask and a good team player
• Able to carry out documentation work in proper manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner
