ART DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with a talented team of creatives and layout artists to deliver high-quality designs.

• Create compelling visuals that prioritize audience engagement while aligning with strong company branding.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects.

• Present and communicate design concepts confidently to stakeholders and team members.

• Stay ahead of design trends, applying fresh insights to your work.

• Delegate tasks effectively and mentor other designers to achieve top-tier results.

• Translate ideas into sketches, storyboards, and layouts that bring concepts to life.

• Understand marketing goals, target audiences, and strategic positioning to create impactful campaigns.

• Oversee the production process, ensuring quality and consistency from concept to execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies, with 2+ years managing teams.

• Prior experience in a well-regarded advertising or creative agency in an Art Director capacity is preferred.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

• Strong skills in typography, print design, infographic creation, and corporate reports (experience with annual and sustainability reports is a bonus).

• Knowledge of printing processes and production is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Tagalog.
