Production Engineer Japanese SMT company

•    Supervising and managing subordinates involved in one or more product lines, such as assembly, testing, inspection, and repair.
•    Ensuring the product lines are ready and capable of responding effectively to product requirements.

Engineering Graduate
At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a sound understanding of corrective and preventive actions

HR will conduct an initial interview via Zoom or call, followed by a face-to-face interview with a supervisor, a manager, and an executive.
