Monitor and assist employees with health-related concerns and provide basic medical care.
Manage the company clinic and ensure it is equipped and compliant with health and safety standards.
Assist in processing employee benefits such as SSS sickness claims and HMO coordination.
Maintain confidential employee medical records and support annual health programs.
Coordinate with HR for medical requirements and compliance with BOSH standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse wth hospital or clinical experience
We are also open to fresh graduates as long as they are licensed; OR
At least 1 year of experience in a related industry or corporate setting, and knowledgeable in employee benefits processes (SSS, HMO, etc.)
BOSH training is an advantage
