Responsibility
1 Develop and execute creative and engaging promotional campaigns to drive players engagement, acquisition, and retention.
2 Stay updated with the latest market trends and industry developments, ensuring that our promotions remain relevant and competitive.
3 Oversee the shipping of merchandise and research competitive prize offerings to ensure we are providing enticing rewards to our players.
4 Conduct thorough research on competitors, analyzing their promotional strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
5 Innovative Thinking: Think out of the box to conceptualize unique and effective promotional ideas that se t us apart from the competition.
6 Possess exceptional knowledge of sportsbook, live casino, and slots to effectively design promotions that resonate with our target audience.
7 Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that promotional materials are error-free and align with our branding standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
1 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics/Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
2 Exceptional knowledge of sportsbook, live casino, and slots.
3 Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
4 Strong design sense and understanding of branding principles.
5 Open-minded and adaptable to changing industry trends.
6 Ability to deliver results in a highly organized manner.
7 Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
1 Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills — Can explain the “whys” behind decisions and direction, is open to being wrong, and has a point of view and can represent it with conviction.
2 Experience in bringing clarity to complex and ambiguous projects and processes, and the ability to explain the rationale behind decisions.
3 Ability to provide design feedback and incorporate it quickly into promotional materials.
4 Familiarity with CRM systems and technology to optimize promotional campaigns.
5 Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analytics, and reporting tools.
