- Develop and implement short and long term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales target for assigned businesses/territories.
- Monitor progress of sales activities and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements and identifying market trends.
- Provide continuous improvement feedback to Immediate Superior on the current sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities where necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years working experience in sales & marketing (manufacturing) with exposure in Export sales is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and passionate in customer management.
