Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description :
Manage organizational sales by developing a business strategy plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Assess current Sales processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Promote the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Recruit, hire, train, support and manage sales team.
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
Develop the sales team through motivation, couching, and product knowledge education.
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
To perform any ad hoc Sales related assignment by Management.
Job Requirements :
At least Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
At least 10 years working experience
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
Advanced time management skills
Willing to work at Kapar, Selangor
