Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in resolving inquiries related to collections and sales accounts.

• Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive rapport.

Needed Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2nd year in College.

• AT least one year of BPO experience with a financial background

• of at least six months in Collections/Sales.
