UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-centered designs and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces for our complex SaaS and B2B Commerce systems, including Inventory Management, Order Processing, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Financial Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research to understand the needs, goals, and behaviors of users.
• Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience.
• Perform ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for improving user interfaces and experiences
• UI/UX Design:
• Design and improve user interfaces for various systems such as Inventory, Order, Warehouse, Transportation, and Financial Management.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Product Design:
• Apply product design principles to create cohesive and intuitive designs.
• Ensure that all design elements align with the overall product strategy and goals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design meets business objectives and user needs.
• Usability Testing:
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
• Collect and analyze data, identify pain points, and propose actionable improvements.
• Design Systems & Standards:
• Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across all platforms and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design preferably with experience in SaaS and B2B Commerce
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript knowledge is a plus but not required
• Experience with usability testing tools and analytics.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Language Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (required)
• Filipino
• Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing mobile-first and responsive web applications.
