Job Summary:
The Accounting Manager is expected to manage and oversee the daily operations of corporate accounting functions.
Ensure organizations’ financial records remain accurate while meeting reporting deadlines.
※As business expands, aim to bring accounting operations in-house (Currently outsourcing bookkeeping and review)
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including month and end year process, A/P and A/R, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, Taxes and utilities, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, bank account statement reconciliations, check runs and fixed asset activity.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Analyze cash flow
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
※There is some data entry work to do until things get on track
A CPA license is a must
Experience in trading companies or companies related to trading in the Philippines
A person who can proactively ask questions and solve problems.
Experienced in multibook system
Office 365
Experienced Accounting work with more than 10 years
Can analyze Cash flow and understand the details of P/L, B/S
Interview: 1st: Online (with HQ from Japan), 2nd (F to F) depending on the situation
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays off)
